We encourage you to reach out to your retailer regarding any further questions. The electrical people held us up too because they were supposed to come and put the box on. They said they would have us all hooked up before the electrical company comes out. The electricity ran all the lines that had the poles up. They were waiting on the electrician to put the box up on the house.
I'm building exactly the same thing if I would have built my own house and did the same thing. So, I might have had a different pitch on my roof. But the standards of this house is the same almost exactly, if not better.
I have never seen a more shoddy craftsmanship in my life. There's a bunch of staples that were not properly pounded down so that they're punching up through the floor. The cutting of the floor around the heating ducts was off by a mile, so they had to patch it in and didn't do a good job patching it. The door moldings don't have anywhere near enough nails. There are many moldings that were cut. The guy cutting must have been blind because they're half an inch short.
I was impressed with how on point he was at everything. He always called me to give me updates. The buying process took a little while because there was a good bit of stuff to go through, but I don't think it was bad at all. I just wanted to ask as many questions as I could and everybody answered everything that they could answer.

The kitchen cabinets are beautiful but when you open up the door, instead of being two levels a shelf, there's not another shelf inside the cabinets.
There were manufacturing issues because they were at capacity trying to crank this particular model out. We didn't have a lot of custom work done. We just made the exterior selections of windows and entryways and things like that that we wanted.
